There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays as the shop will be closed.
Due to the wide area covered specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. An exception is made for all sympathy orders being delivered to a church or funeral home.

If the recipient is not present when the delivery is attempted, it is common practice to leave the gift with an immediate neighbour and leave a card in their letter box informing them where their delivery has been left. If a neighbour is not available, a card is left in the recipients letter box inform, ring them that a delivery was attempted and to contact the shop to arrange collection or an alternative delivery time.

In case of any unforeseen problems or delays in delivery, we will notify you immediately to ensure your satisfaction.

Availability and Subsitution:

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa
